Annulations ou remboursements

Tous les tests d’antigènes sont des VENTES FINALES. Nous ne pouvons pas offrir d’annulation ou de remboursement après l’expédition de votre commande. 

Pour toute demande de remboursement concernant nos autres produits, veuillez nous écrire à l’adresse électronique suivante : info@neobexmedical.com en précisant la raison de votre insatisfaction.

Informations sur l'expédition

All orders are processed in our Sherbrooke office within 1 to 2 days and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. We will notify you by email or phone if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your order. If you have any questions, please email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Ramassage local

We offer local pickup as an option at checkout. Pickup hours are from Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays). After selecting local pick up at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please wait until you have received a second email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming to our office. Once you receive the ‘order is ready for pickup’ email notification, you’re good to head to our office (address: 301-85 Albert Street, Sherbrooke, Canada J1H 1N1).
