Cancellations or refunds

All Antigen Tests are FINAL SALE. We cannot offer cancellations or refunds after your order has been shipped. 

For all refund requests concerning our other products, please write to us at the following email address : info@neobexmedical.com and specify the reason of your dissatisfaction.

Shipping information

All orders are processed in our Sherbrooke office within 1 to 2 days and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. We will notify you by email or phone if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your order. If you have any questions, please email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Local Curbside Pickup

We offer local pickup as an option at checkout. Pickup hours are from Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays). After selecting local pick up at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please wait until you have received a second email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming to our office. Once you receive the ‘order is ready for pickup’ email notification, you’re good to head to our office (address: 301-85 Albert Street, Sherbrooke, Canada J1H 1N1).
